Douglas Webster is a thought leader on East Asian innovation, city building and urban and regional policy. He holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, and has worked constantly in the East Asian Region for 35 years. He is a Professor of Asian Urbanization at Arizona State University
Jianming Cai is a leading Chinese expert on Chinese city building and Chinese urban policies. He is a Professor at the Chinese Academy of Science, and holds a PhD from the University of Hong Kong.
Larissa Muller is an expert on innovation, and economic and spatial transformation in Asian cities and regions. Based in Silicon Valley, she holds a PhD in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and was tenured Faculty at the University of Calgary.
All three partners have decades of real city building experience in Asia on innovation and development zones, urban development, regional development, urban policy formulation and sustainability issues.
